Bangkok has been named the easiest place to get a visa, according to the annual Brand Finance Global City Index.
The Thai capital moved up the ranks since last year, reflecting its accessibility to international visitors.
The city also earned a spot as the 50th top city brand worldwide. It ranks 4th for affordability, 9th for diversity, and 13th for being open and welcoming.
The survey, which includes over 15,000 respondents, illustrates Bangkok’s strong reputation as a desirable destination for living, working, and investing.
My Take…
Thailand has a bunch of good visa options with common sense requirements. They appear very keen to sign up those looking to nomad or retire in Thailand.
