Da Nang Emerges as Top Budget Expat Destination

Da Nang Emerges As Top Budget Expat Destination For 2025

Just back from Da Nang, Vietnam, and here’s the scoop: It’s a soft landing for expats, friendly locals, Western comforts, walkable neighborhoods, and $1.50 local dining.

Rent? As low as $342, but you can live well on about $1,000 to $2,000 per month.

Healthcare’s affordable, beaches are close, and the food’s unbeatable.

Downsides? Higher rent than last time, expanding crowds, and visa runs every 90 days.

But honestly, if you’re budget-savvy and flexible, Da Nang’s looking like a solid expat spot for 2025.
