Unlike traditional citizenship-by-investment programs, this one handpicks candidates, a move Grenada says will drive tailored economic growth.
Investors chosen by Forbes Global Talent and Arton Capital must commit through donations, real estate, or business ventures, with citizenship granted within four months.
The program counters Europe’s crackdown on golden visas, with Spain and Portugal scaling back due to rising housing costs and fears of money laundering.
Grenada, however, aims to attract innovation while forming a Global Citizen Council to advise its government directly.
My Take…
I couldn’t find anything on how much you need to invest, so I’m guessing it is not cheap and very select. I guess I will not be locating Grenada anytime soon. 🙂
