Top listed countries include Colombia, France, and Malaysia, with Spain, Panama, and Mexico making it to the top five.
Costa Rica took first place for its pura vida lifestyle, natural beauty, and vast expat communities.
My Take…
Costa Rica does not even make my personal list, as it’s way over developed for me and just not my type of destination. This is the problem with living indexes in my opinion, we are all very different paths and searching for different retirement utopias.
